• Sign up (or login if you already have an account) at the top right of the site. Your email address is your username.

• Upon signing up you will receive an activation email. Click the link included in that email to verify your registration.

• Using the password you submitted, log in to the site.

• Once you have logged in, click your name in the top right corner of the site. This will bring up your User Profile page.

• Click on the 'Submit Events' button.

At the Create Event form, fill out the relevant details on the event itself, and the venue where it takes place. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

Hints on Create Event:

1. Be as specific as possible in your Event Title.

2. At least one of Contact Name/Contact Email and Phone Number must be completed.

3. Repeating Event: Does your event occur on multiple dates and times? Use this button to submit multiple occurrences of the same event (e.g. weekly meetings, performances of a dramatic production, etc.) It is necessary to enter the same date in the Start Event date and the End Event date fields before selecting the Repeat Event button.

4. For venue information, start typing the name of the location to see if it’s already in our system. If it’s not, click Add New.

When you’re finished, hit Submit. This submits your event listing.
